Not letting me login to my koodo app

I have been trying for a long time to login to my koodo app and it won't let me. It says the email and password is correct, so I don't get why it won't let me login. I have tried deleting the app and getting it again but nothing works. Please help.

I would contact customer service and have them look into it/reset your password if you're having issues. *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any phone.

How can you know if the e-mail and password is correct when you can't login? I'd try using a computer to login for testing purposes. Also try resetting your password on the main login page on the Koodo mobile login page.
