Not connecting to Network


I got a new iphone4 from Koodo. It won't connect to the Koodo Network. It will show At&T, Rogers and T-Mobile. But i'm on the Koodo plan. What is wrong?

You might be in a spot where Telus/Bell/Koodo has no reception, Michelle and all the others do 😞 It should show either Telus or Koodo so you could connect to one of those. Whereabouts are you? Must be close to the US border...

Niagara Falls. I looked up on Koodo where the area they get service and it did say Niagara Falls.

Go to settings->general->cellular and set enable 3g to on. Koodo doesn't have a 2g network. AT&T, T-mobile and Rogers all do.
