No Verification email received


Didn't get a email go verify my account. Checked spam folder and my email address. Triplechecked it even. Still no email after 2hours. Help!

Hey I had the same issue, I ordered a plan , received the sim but never received the email and now I cant use my phone/plan cannot even create an account on the self serve, it says it is down. Can you help me please? (Purchase Order HFO19556969)
