no signal


I just activated a prepaid on iphone 3Gs, but got no signal why?

Is the phone unlocked? Also make sure that 3G is enabled under settings->general->network->enable 3G.

If you're not getting signal everywhere, if so, it may be phone problem, if only in one location turn iPHONE off/on,pull SIM, enable 3G like Curtules suggested if not working call 1-866-995-6636 to check coverage and troubleshoot

it can take up to 24hrs for your phone to become active but usually comes to life in anywhere from 15 minutes to 2hrs. just turn the phone off and take out the SIM Card and wait a minute or so and then replace it and try again like Mat suggested. Also make sure airplane mode isn't on and that it isn't on GSM or 2g only like curtules said.

Actuellement c'est normal chez Koodo d'avoir aucun signal si vous avez désactivé le 3G. Koodo utilize une réseau 3G et non 2G pour la service cellulaire.
