No Service!!! Tried everything!


I just wake up this morning and turned my phone back from airplane mode, and there's NO SERVICE!
I restart my phone several times, tried to turn to airplane mode and turn back indoor and outdoor, in home and at school, and checked my account status! Everything is fine, but I just can not get any service!
I just moved to London Ontario half a year ago, and I've been using Koodo prepaid for more than 2 years when I was in Newfoundland. This is the first time I'm experiencing this issue! Is it only me or everyone having this problem? Please Koodo fix this I really need my phone!

have you tried removing the sim card and putting it back in?
sometimes thats all it needs to restart everything.

I don't have a pin now. Will try it when I get home.

Oh and another problem. When I log in my koodo prepaid self-service, it keeps telling me that my email has not been verified. I clicked the "resend link" several times and I'm not getting any email from koodo. Checked every folder including spam. No email. Why is that? 
Okay I tried to pull out the sim card, while the phone is off, is on, is on airplane mode, and not on airplane mode. None of them works.

Did you check network settings to make sure 3G has been enabled? Koodo doesn't operate GSM network.
