No service since this morning.


There is no Koodo service coverage on my phone since this morning.  So I can't even call Koodo to complain or check on what's happening.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?
Yes. Multiple times. I've also checked my settings. Airplane mode is not on. Do not disturb is not on. Everything else works. It just says there is no service. And then it switches to searching, and then eventually says no service again.
I'm fairly certain that the problem is Koodo's coverage. But I cannot find anywhere to report this or check without calling.

Have you logged into self serve to make sure it is not an account payment issue and that your account is in good standing?

Is anyone else around you using Koodo (a koodo Kiosk maybe)?  I would test your sim in another Koodo or unlocked phone.  This can help narrow down if it is a Sim/Koodo issue or a phone issue

No. I'm at work. The closest kiosk is 320 km away.

In Settings try to manually set your network to Koodo.
Does anyone else in town use Koodo or Telus?

I've got the same issue since 3 days no coverage but can use internet.......
