No service issue.


So I am still having this issue with no service and or my phone searching for a carrier. I got a new SIM card and it's very odd because my phone will just randomly stop working. If I reset network settings sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it'll not work for days before it comes back. I want to factory reset my phone but I heard that if it doesn't work than my phone is basically garbage after that, is this true?

How long since you purchased your phone? I'd suggest the factory reset (backup and restore : https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184) at that point. If it's not the SIM card and you've tried everything else I suspect it might be the phone. That's why I am asking how old is the phone. Maybe you can exchange it at Apple.

Also what iPhone is it?
It's an iPhone 6 and I bought it last year so probably too late to exchange

Apple does have amazing customer service for their products.  I recommend bringing it to your local apple store

I support what Dennis says. If a restore doesn't solve the issue, and it's been like 1 year and 1 month or even 3 months, with a little bit of sweet talk (not ranting), you might get a free repair.

I already got a free screen repair with sweet talk and 3 visite at Apple.

As an update, factory reset did not work. The closest apple store near me in 3 hours away, if apple does not help im thinking a new phone will be in order.
