No Service in U.S. with Koodo prepaid


I crossed the boarder into the U.S. and I have no service. I did add a U.S. Booster before leaving. I am traveling with my kids and all 3 phones are working for them. I have restarted my phone. I switched SIM cards and my kids sim will work in my phone. My SIM card does not work in their phone.

That's odd, Mark! What happens if you try to connect to one of the US networks manually on your phone? 
A can manually select a carrier. There will be check mark. But still have No Service.

That's very odd...have you tried rebooting the phone after inserting the SIM card?
Yes. I have tried that. I am thinking it is the SIM card. Or something to do on Koodo's end. My phone works with my kids SIM card. My SIM card won't work in their phones. (iPhone6 or Android)

Have you double checked your self serve to see if your US boosters are there?
