No service in my apartment (iPhone 4S)

My girlfriend and I got new Koodo sim cards for our cells today. However, hers (an iPhone 6) has full coverage in our apartment, and mine (an iPhone 4S) hasn't got any. Has anyone got any idea why, and how this can be fixed?

This is weird. Restart your phone and maybe the problem will fix itself?

Were the phones tested in store before you guys left? Or did you guys activate them yourself online? Try toggling airplane mode on/off a few times and/or reboot the phone.

Make sure 3G is on under cellular data in settings.
