Extremely frustrating: I'm in Mexico and possibly expecting an emergency phone call, only to find upon arrival my phone will not work. I would have been fine paying the roaming charge but apparently Koodo takes it upon themselves to not allow your phone to work at all while you're out of the country, in case you don't want to pay for it. I've spent the first 24 hours of my vacation on the Koodo site and app trying to remedy it, reading posts from others who have had similar problems. The $0 package is not listed on the website. When I try to add it on via the app on my phone I get the error message "No financial data available." I'm a monthly customer, not pre-paid. Can anyone help?????!!!!
