Cant received calls and text suddenly my phone has no service i dont know why

If you ported your number to Telus, then your Koodo service was cancelled automatically. On prepaid, all balances are cancelled, so you can’t owe Koodo any money.
You will need to use the new Telus SIM for your service to work.
Thank you for your reply but i was under prepaid and i just ordered phone from telus and port my number and even try to log in my details in kodoo site it keep saying the file or number doesnt match on their file and how will i know my balance or how can i pay if i could not log in as well.. i try so many times to restart my phone but still same no service if you could give me the customer service number i really appreciate it thanks in advance
Did you confirm that your bill isn't overdue? Did you try restarting your phone? Is this an issue no matter where you go? Is there anyone else with the same issue as you nearby?
