No Service


Lost my phone a couple of days ago, deactivated my network service. Found my phone today, activated my service again, was told to restart my phone and wait 15 minutes. It has been a couple of hours and my network service is still not working. I have tried all tips on the koodo q&a page including:

-turn off airplane mode/turn of do not disturb/restart phone

-remove sim card

-reset network settings 

none of these tips have worked, does anyone have a solution? let me know, thank you so much !! :)))

Not sure what you can do. If a Rep reactivated it for you then it should be fine now. Id send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out. Hopefully for tomorrow you'll get assistance
