No service


I often have no service but sometimes I do have the connection. I tried reinserting the SIM, restarting the phone but it didn’t change anything. How should I fix the problem?

You can reset network settings. It'll also clear saved wifi and Bluetooth connections. Does this happen anywhere you go or only in certain areas? Does anyone else with Koodo or Telus have the same issues wherever you have it?
