No service


I've been out of country since September, and now that i'm back, have No Service. Pid the bills and did nono service t suspened my account.

Check your phone for updates, restart the phone, toggle airplane mode. What have you already tried to do to resolve. Have you checked your self serve account?
I did all the above, but none worked!

Have you been paying your bill during the time you were gone? If not, perhaps Koodo cancelled your account.
I paid the bill today.
If it's cancelled, how can be restored?

You will have to contact customer service after 90 days of non-payment. You may also need a new SIM. It may be faster to use their Facebook page. Phone wait times are long ---- this is the season when all those holiday.gifts generate lots of questions or returns.
