no service


Since I returned from an extended time in the USA I have not had any phone service. This coincided with cancelling my US travelling add on. If I enable 3G I have service. I can't afford that.

3G needs to be on for your service to work. You won't incurr data charges if you turn on 3G if your data is off. But you must enable 3G. That's how your phone was before you left Canada.
Thank you. My in-house phone gurus (adult kids) said I would get dinged. Now can you fix my satellite. It stopped working too. Grrrr!
