Hello, I have an iPhone 5 and I haven't had service since yesterday.

Pull sim out for 1 minute, turn 3G on, check area coverage.

It's an iphone 5, it doesn't have an option to disable 3g.

You can also try turning the power off and restarting the phone. If it still doesn't connect go to settings->general->reset anc choose reset network settings. This will clear any saved wifi passwords but will leave all other settings and data untouched. This will usually get the phone to reconnect if nothing else will. Failing that, call tech support from another line at 1-866-995-6636, option 6.

You can also try a soft reset. Press and hold power & the home button at the same time until you see the spinning circle
