No response on Facebook Messenger


Changed my plan from a talk/text to one with data, says all steps completed, but did not activate on phone.  Requested assistance thru Facebook Messenger over 2 hours ago, no response.  Help!

What do you mean by " did not activate on phone"?
Data doesn't work?
Is your data on?  Did you restart your phone?  What your self serve says(is it say you have a new plan)?
You might have a data block on your account... If so, you have to call them back tomorrow.
*611 from your phone, option 6 for tech support.
Tell them you can't access your data.
