Hello. I have recently moved back to Canada.
When I was previously in Canada I had a plan with Koodo and I disconnected my number accounts, etc. I went overseas for a year and a half. I have now returned, and looking to join back with Koodo. I want to order a SIM card and start a new phone plan online (since going to a store is not ideal given the world right now)…. But I don’t have a phone number attached with this device. Will that cause an issue or an error when I insert the new SIM card? Or am I too assume that with the new SIM card I would “get” a new phone number?

When you activate a new account online they'll ship you a new sim card and you'll get a new number, yes.
