No phone connection?


Hello 🙂 I got set up with koodo yesterday, and the agent at the store did a test call to ensure my phone was working. Just tried to answer an incoming call, and there was only silence. tried calling out, and again, only silence. Ive reset my phone, but not sure what else I can do from here. Suggestions please 🙂

First I'd try turning off the phone, removing the sim card and putting it back in. If that doesn't work: Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset network connections This will cause you to lose all your saved wifi conmections but it may be necessary.
