Hello Koodo Community, After two and a half years of perfect Koodo service I can no longer access the data network. This is the notification I get: "Could not activate cellular data network. You are not subscribed to a cellular data service." I am a pre-paid customer. Over 500MB on my active account. There is no data block on the account. I bought the phone new and unlocked. Under Settings > Cellular there is no "Cellular Network Settings" option. I have tried to change the APN settings via unlock it.co.nz with no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Matt, If Data is your only issue make sure you use the proper settings for data network. These settings are available at this link: http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add-ons-data-and-other-services/data-basics/how-do-i-setup-data-on-my-non-koodo-phone If having those settings properly entered does not help, then try turning off your phone, removing the battery and SIM card for 60 seconds. If after you are still experiencing troubles relating to data on your phone, give Koodo a call from another phone than the one you are having issues with using the phone number: 1 (866) 995-6636 Hope this helps!
