New to koodo NO service


Just got my new phone plan this morning (around 2:30pm) and I havent had service since 2:45pm it's now 11:15pm over 9 hrs. Is this just because it's a new plan? I had service long enough to send some texts then it was down. P.s. I have turned it off and on again.

That's odd that it's intermittent. Did you get a phone from Koodo as well, or use your own?

It was my own phone iPhone 4 that I never had problems with

Have you hooked it up to iTunes on your PC and updated the carriers settings on the phone

Go for it and report back, please. Other people can then benefit from your experience.
I fixed this problem, what had happened was I turned off my cellular data, and the 3G data. Once I turned 3G back on it was fixed
