New plan not showing up in Self Serve


I called to have my plan switched to the $60 2+2 GB plan and they said it should be changed at midnight on March 17th and it's now 1:32 am and my self serve is still showing my old plan. Since my old plan had 0 data and my new one has 4 GB I don't want to use any data without having any to avoid the hassle of them adding unnecessary charges to my account. I'm thinking maybe it takes a few more hours for the changes to take place on self serve? I'm hoping so.

It should be quick but sometimes delays can happen. It shouldn't take more than a few hours for sdure. If there's nothing by 8-9am ish, you could ask Koodo to look at it by sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter, but it shouldn't come to that.
My bill cycle even changed as I have no usage, guessing I'll have to message them.
