New phone arrived in the mail now what?


Received my phone in the mail but no documentation with it or in an email. I've checked my junk mail already absolutely nothing. I can't create a self serve account without my number. I'm not sure if the phone has already been activated or what my next step would be. Some assistance would be appreciated. The phone shipped with PO # HFO17291396

Hi Ginny - looks like the line is still pending activation. I've flagged this with the team and hoping to have it sorted for you asap. Once the phone is activated, you'll receive an email confirmation with your phone number and account details to set-up your self serve account and the phone should pick pick up a signal and begin working. If the phone doesn't kick in on it's own, you may need to reboot it. Stay tuned.

Confirming that the line is now active. Let us know if you run into any problems with getting your phone up and running, or with setting up self-serve. You should have received an email with all info. to your gmail account as well.
