Need to pay bill by today, can't accsess self serve and been on hold for over an hour


I need to pay my phone bill by tomorrow Feb 6 2017. For some reason I can't access self serve. My boyfriend and I are under 1 account but when we sign in with his email address and password it says that I need to approve it. Well I then try to log in with MY information and NOTHING is recognized. Not even my name. Now I've been on #123,3 for over an hour. I just want to pay my bill!! Also only his phone number gets texts about our bill. Now I have to sign in to even post this?!! What am I to do?? I hope this works

You can pay through your bank you just have to have your account number. You will need to stay on hold though and talk to someone about your self serve account because it sounds like it was set up incorrectly.

#123 should be instantaneous, as you do not need to interact with a rep!

Amber, just curious....were you on hold because you wanted talk to a rep? Reps can't take credit cards payment for customers. On #123 when you pick option 3 it should just allow you to pay your bill. Did you try that?
