NEED PHONE UNLOCKED - CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REPLY FOR 10 MINUTE FIX


I switched from Koodo last night to Virgin. My Virgin sales rep was helpful, but a bit green, and set me up before realizing that my phone is locked to the Koodo network. I have been trying to get through to Koodo for over 24 hours to unlock the phone. I am now in limbo with no phone and completely unable to get ahold of Koodo. Any thoughts?

You'll have to keep trying to contrazc tthem for the unlock. You can leave a private mess on Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter so at least there's that.
I have done both. This is really frustrating. I need to receive calls for work, and can't afford a second day without a phone...
