Nationwide Data vs Data


Just checked data usage on one of my kid's phones and there is a "Nationwide" data in pink with big red exclamation sign and $10 charge (shown at 329MB) and then there is another "Data" dial shown at 0 used out of 400MB available for the month.  
What is this Nationwide data and how come I get charged $10 even though it is below the monthly limit for overall data.  I have never seen the "Nationwide" data dial before on Koodo.
Should I call to get this resolved or has anyone else had similar situation and can comment?

Can you take a screenshot shot of the data? Does it look similar to the first or second?

Artur,

I dont see the 0/400MB used.  I see that 400 out of 400 has been used.  And now you 329MB extra on top of that

He's got 16 days left, I see.  You should consider changing plans, even downgrading for 1 month.  I think then he would get and extra 300mb a month, if you went for the 300mb $35 plan.  I'm pretty sure they don't prorate data.  Since you haven't used many minutes, you won't get dinged for any overages for changing plans.  You can change-up again next month.
