My plan was changed(30$--->42$)could I retrieve my previous plan?

How was it changed? Was it through an agent or via self serve? If it just happened then call Koodo quick and maybe they may be able to help you. However, it may be lost. But it doesn't hurt to try 1-866-995-6636
