My phone keeps getting a message that I can't call out. I have a 500min Talk Booster, but not working?


Can't call, Koodo says I don't have minutes, but I have a 500 min booster.

If the booster was bought just recently, try removing the SIM, rebooting (will give an error message), replacing the SIM and then restarting one last time.
The booster was bought in October- no problems until now

Re-starting/SIM removal as listed above can't hurt and will reset your handset's connection to Koodo completely.
