My phone is "disconnected from the network". i don't have to pay my bill until Nov 11 yet i can't use my phone

Try Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

Are you on a spending limit maybe?
i have unlimited text so i dont think a spending limit would affect that....
tried the reset, still nothing
