My phone has been disconnected how do I pay my phone bill


My phone got disconnected about a month ago because I wasn't working and couldn't afford to pay it. I can't log into my account to pay it so I'm wondering how I go about paying my phone bill? Thanks Paige

You need to contact Koodo directly in order to have the outstanding amount settled. You can send a private message via Facebook or DM via Twitter to get the process started or wait in line calling 611 .

Keep in mind that Koodo only charges you to make changes you could make yourself via self serve. There will not be a charge for your case.
