My Iphone dosen't have internet
In my mothly plan it's supposed to have 3G and be able to send pictures the bills are paid but both of the cellular's data aren't working except texting and calling. The problem is that we are paying for this and we can't use it! Why the 3G is not on the Iphone if it's all good the sign 3G is not even appearing on the Iphone.

Hi, Noemy I am suspecting that you are using an iPhone 4 or 4s because you want 3G services. Is the celluar data turned on in your iPhone settings? And for not being able to send picture messages, you have to keep the data turned on. However, you will not be charged because you have unlimited texting. If you want further information, search cellular data questions in the "search topics" box because many people in the past have had questions like yours. If you are uncomfortable with this action, try calling Koodo customer service and they will assist you if your phone has technical issues. Hope this helps:)
