My iPhone 5 keeps saying 'no service', I was charged 3 plans for 2 phones on my bill.

My iphone 5 keeps saying 'no service', and flicks into service again. As well, on my last plan, I was charged for 3 plans for 2 phones. Can someone please fix this for me?

Has your service on the iPhone 5 always been intermittent or did it just start happening recently? Make sure 3G is enabled, your SIM card isn't too damaged/scratched and then try doing this: Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings. As for your "3 plans for 2 phones" issue, I can almost guarantee what you're seeing is proration and not an actual third charge. If you added a new line to your account recently then you'll see partial charges from the date you added it until your billing cycle date and then the whole month so it will look funky at first. Check page 3 of your bill to see what happened. If you still don't understand. give them a call at 1-866-995-6636.
