My iPhone 4 says I have service but won't send or receive texts. Why?


I received the initial message from 611 saying my pin was changed when I activated my iPhone 4S on Koodo prepaid. Since then the phone won't receive or send texts. I have a positive balance in my account. What is the problem?

Are you able to make/receive calls? I suggest you reset your phone's network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings Your phone will reboot. You'll lose all WiFi passwords that are stored on the phone, but taht's all. Your personal data will remain unaffected.
