My I-Phone 6s won't connect to the Koodo network


I downloaded the new Ios update and from then on my phone hasn't been able to get texts, Calls etc. Im wondering if anyone knows whats going on, I've tried putting it in airplane mode, I've tried resetting it, resetting the network, turning the phone off and back on. I don't understand why it won't connect, it's stuck on "searching.." and its been a couple days now. Can someone please help me out.

Try removing the Sim card and rebooting. Then re install it. You may need to check in settings under cellular and see if Koodo is selected as carrier.
