My email address was not recognized when I tried to sign on selfServe web page.


Dear all,
I signed up Koodo prepaid service and ported my phone number over from other provider this morning at 11:45 AM.. However I have 2 issues below:
1) Cannot sign on the SelfServe web page to confirm all of my choices are correct.
2) I wonder if my phone number was ported successfully to Koodo since both Koodo & other provider sims are working and having the same phone number. Making call from both SIMs  are working, but when I tried to call my cell phone number, it was forwarded to other provider mailbox.
Please let me know if you ever had the same issues and what the resolutions are.

make sure you are signing into Prepaid self serve and not the other self serve.

Also give your phone a reboot just in case.

If that doesnt solve anything, I would wait until tomorrow morning.  If the port did not go through properly by then, then there may have been complications with the port (it happens from time to time and is normal).  At that point you will need to call or private message Koodo on facebook to get them to untangle the port
