My data is turned on but I still can't use it ?

Log into your self serve and make sure you don't have a data block enabled on your account. If you brought the iPhone to Koodo to use on their network then make sure youve updated your network settings over iTunes.
Thanks .... lol where would it say if it was blocked .. I went into my account but can't seem to find it :&

Log into self serve, click view rate plan. Here you will see a list of add-ons (as pictured bellow). If data block is enabled, you will see it there. If it is not there, then you don't have a data block.

Hey Tracy! Were you able to check on your self-serve to see if you have a data block? Were you ever able to use the data on your phone with Koodo? Is it working now? Keep us posted!
Hey .. I went into settings and did a reset ... Problem solved 🙂
