My data is turned off by Koodo as I used all my data. Today is 1st day of my new billing cycle and its still turned off?


My mobile data has been turned off by Koodo as I have used my 100% data however, today is when my new billing cycle starts.  How can I turn it on ?

It should turn on at Midnight of the last day of your billing period. The notice you receive is confusing, as it suggests it resets at the beginning of the day not the end of the day.
