My continuing tab charge isn't added to my positive Tab balance.


My continuing tab charge isn't added to my positive Tab balance. Only the Koodo Contribution is. I thought that the Tab charge would stop after the two years.

Debbie calm down please. All you have to do is ask. If you want to stop receiving notifications, go to profile, select Email & Notifications, and then remove your email address.

Throwing f-bombs won't help Debbie. What will is going into the profile tab on this site and uncheck email receives. Cheers!

Hey Paul - apologies for going dark on you. The issue has in fact been identified and the team is working on a fix. All customers that were impacted with this issue will be contacted in the coming weeks with an update.
