my bill, what the heck?


My bill days have been over for apparently 3 days, yet I can't pay my bill, and my data hasn't started over for the next month. What the heck?

Is this your first bill? If so your data may not restart until your next cycle. Keep in mind that your data restarts on your Bill date and not your due date.
No not my first bill. And maybe I'm misunderstanding, but when the koodo self app shows you how many days you have left on your bill, and it runs out of those days, my bill still doesn't show up to be paid and my data is still not restarting even though I'm 3 days past my "days left for the month".... If that makes sense

Could be just a glitch, try logging out of th e app and logging back in or check your use on self serve website.
