my account owner was wrong, why can't I change it?


now I can't pay my bill, it say the info doesn't match my credit card. and your service number don't response me at all, what are you doing?
I am very angry about it, could you resolve it ASAP.

There is an option when you call Koodo to get them to call you back instead of waiting on hold. As well you can contact them on Facebook. https://m.me/Koodo or through Twitter DM.
