Monthly bill


I have problem with my monthly bill, it's supposed to be 54$ For 2G plan, but I received it 77$, I called customer service he told me it's 25$ service for what I don't know, I feel it's as fraud

It's definitely not a fraud Aseel. 🙂 I'm pretty sure this is your first bill with koodo. All phone companies charg a month in advance and it causes, what they call, proration, and that appear on the first bill or the bill right after you change plans.
