I can’t seem to be able to receive calls on my phone. I get a message the number  is no longer in service or cannot be connected . How do change this?

Have you checked your self-serve and see if everything was ok there? Was there any issue with payment?

If you did not pay your bills on time, your service may be suspended. Try and dial #227 to reach the billing department. Once you get a hold of a Koodo rep, you may need to set up a payment arrangement. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/past-due-bill
