Made an order waiting for approval

I made an order for a new phone over 24 hours ago. I received a phone call hours ago from Koodo asking my name, the billing name and the last 4 numbers on the credit card, and still no approval email. Is this normal? I looked at lots of posts online and no one said they received a phone call. Help please!

If you don’t get a response by tomorrow, I would suggest contacting the webstore at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com  to find out if there are any delays with the order. It sounds like they’re in the process of verifying your credentials. If you encounter difficulty getting an answer from the webstore, you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter.

@Liljars It appears your order is already with UPS. Should have received a tracking number to help you  monitor where the package is.
