I think koodo should carry more up to date phones, giving them more options to chose from, and start an anytime upgrade with a lower tab increase giving those who are financially strapped to be able to pay the cost and not have to 'short' on other bills to keep their only way for important phone calls to go through. I am certainly one of those customers who struggles with that very problem.
