I've been a customer for some time now and I have never had a problem with you ever. Your customer service is phenomenal. This past October I caved and bought the new iPhone 5, only to have people tell me how the plan I was on was a big rip-off (1 GB data plan). Then, you guys lowered the iphone plan rates, and I could not have been more thrilled. It was a great move, and it made this customer very happy.

That's awesome to hear Cat11! I would of gotten the iPhone with the tab so I can choose any plan that I liked but I'm glad to hear that the new lowered iPhone contract plans satisfied your needs as well as your iPhone 5!
