long distance calls, extra charges


I'm have unlimited national wide talk but when I'm making a call out side of Toronto, it is keep saying extra charges may apply for long distance call. is it normal or does that mean I'm being extra charged ?

Nope, the message is there because you forgot to dial the 1 in front of the number you are calling! Also, there are some people that do not have the Canada-wide option yet (prepaid too) so this is why the message is still running!
