I did not make any call to 123-456-7890 on Sep. 15, 2018 at 22:42
[h5]from: 123-456-7890. This has happened a couple of times in September. [/h5]
I am paying my bill with a heavy heart. However, would you please see who the person it was and take necessary action. Thanks.

Hey there! @Goran is correct, There is no worry of someone using your old phone if a SIM swap was already completed.

If you get a chance, please take a look at your detailed October invoice (You can access it by clicking "Download Bill (PDF)" at this Self Serve link: http://koo.do/2rk43hg). It seems as though the calls were made to a number in Miami (XXX-XXX-XX91). The calls in question can be found on page 6 of your invoice on lines 22, 23 and 147.

Please note that we also offer Long Distance add-ons if calls to the US will become more frequent: https://www.koodomobile.com/add-ons

Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions 🙂

Unfortunately, Koodo does not know who made the call, you're the only one to know that unfortunately.

@Arunangshu Hor : How did it happen? did you give your phone to anyone or someone have access to your phone? It was strange to hear that the owner of the phone didn't know who made the call on their phone.

Also did you use any other apps for calling instead of normally phone dial app? Some app can accesses your dial app and makes call.
I lost my iphone a few months ago and I had to buy a new iphone. Is it possible for a person who now owns my lost phone made the calls? Thank you.

Once you do a sim swap that shouldn't be a thing anymore, as it deactivates the old sim card.

Yes, If you didn't deactivate the SIM immediately, they could take out your SIM card, and used the SIM in another phone to make calls. If that was the case, I would suggest you contact Koodo directly and ask if they could help you on the long distance calls. I would suggest you send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) or setup a callback through their digital assistant (www.koodo.com/chat) so you don't have to wait on phone

Also, if you lose your phone, you should follow the guideline here to suspend the SIM , and nobody could use it. https://www.koodomobile.com/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone
