Local Minutes vs. Long Distance

Good day.... I have 100 local minutes with the free evenings & weekends. (1) can I receive long distance calls? (2) during the day, do incoming calls count against my 100 minutes? Thank you.

Incoming calls will use your minutes but will not count as long distance unless you are outside your local calling area.
If they call me during my free time, that it does not count towards my minutes - correct?

Correct, although you would still be charged LD if the call was answered while you were outside your local service area.

1) You can receive long distance calls while you are in your local area. 2) Incoming calls use your minutes too. So, any call you make/receive during daytime use your minutes. And once you used up your minutes, there will be minutes overage charge ($0.5/min) Also, any long distance calls cost you $0.5/ min. $25 talk &text plan works great and affordable if you make only local calls. $5 extra makes same 100 min of Canadawide calling plus 100mb of data. If you have friends and family outside of your local calling area, then $30 might be better. ($5 is 10 minutes of long distance call)
