lines crossed - move numbers from Telus to Koodo

My husband and I moved our shared Telus plan to Koodo tonight and somehow the numbers have switched.  He is getting my calls and texts and I am getting his.  When I was in self-serve I used his name as it asked for “name on account” and he was the account owner at telus.  My Koodo account, and his Koodo account state the correct phone numbers that we imported from Telus.  

But in trying to change the details in Self-serve, the flag message says I cannot change a number within 14 days.  I need a call back or something quick!!!

Just swap your guys sim cards and that'll fix things up for you. That'll get the right number on the right phone at the very least.
