Line Disconnected

I lost my original device and got a new one as well as a new SIM card. While reporting my original phone stolen, Koodo deactivated my number on the phone i am currently using!! please restore ASAP

You need to access your self serve. Select the subscriber and click on mobile phone then change ESM/SIM. Input the new serial # of your sim card into the bank space then click confirm/activate. Powercycle your phone and you should be good to go.
